Friends,
The 35th conference of the Indian Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery is being held in the vibrant city of Chandigarh. The meeting will be held from 28th February to 2nd March 2025. Chandigarh – the capital of two states – was designed by the famous architect Le Corbusier. It is renowned for being a fully planned city and is one of the cleanest and greenest cities of India - offering an excellent quality of life to its residents.

We have an exciting and educative scientific feast being planned by our dynamic Secretary Suhas Udayakumaran. We will have a galaxy of international and national faculty, including the President Elect of the International Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery. The theme of the conference is “Complication Avoidance in Pediatric Neurosurgery” and there will be many sessions to educate us how to do better in our day to day pediatric neurosurgery practise. Our younger colleagues would have ample opportunity to participate in the Annual Quiz, the Award Papers and of course, to interact with the seniors in the Meet the Mentors program. Non neurosurgical lectures are also being incorporated to add variety to the program and broadbase the discussion.

Prof S.K. Gupta, Dr Karthigeyan. M, and their team are working very hard in bringing this conference together seamlessly and to have a wonderful meeting. I am sure that all of you will leave with good memories and remembrances of the knowledge gained, the camaraderie of old and new friends and the warm hospitality that Chandigarh is famous for. I am convinced that this will be a conference which will be cherished and remembered for a long time. So do block these dates on your calendar and come along with your families for a memorable meeting.
